Question 1

What is PrizmAds?

Accepted Answer

PrizmAds lets you show ads on your own websites, sell ad space to advertisers, and see impressions and clicks for every ad. Advertisers sign in to see reports for their own ads.

Question 2

How do I add my website?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, open Publisher, and add your website by name and domain. If you already use PrizmAnalytics, choose Import from PrizmAnalytics to bring it in with its traffic numbers.

Question 3

How do I put an ad spot on my website?

Accepted Answer

Under your website, create a spot and pick a size. Click Embed code, copy the snippet, and paste it where the ad should appear on your page. Ads shrink to fit smaller screens automatically.

Question 4

What shows in a spot if nothing is booked?

Accepted Answer

Your own ads rotate first. If you've added an ad network code, that runs next. Otherwise, an animated "Advertise here" tile invites visitors to book the space.

Question 5

How do advertisers book my spots?

Accepted Answer

Set a monthly rate and list a spot for sale. Advertisers can find it in the marketplace, on your rates page, or by clicking an "Advertise here" tile. They can book with an account, or just send their details so you can follow up.

Question 6

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

You invoice advertisers yourself. PrizmAds doesn't take payments for bookings. Activate a booking once the advertiser has paid you.

Question 7

Can I approve ads before they run?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every advertiser ad needs your approval before it runs on your website, and you can flag ads that may break the ad content policy.

Question 8

Can I share my rates on my own website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Rates page under your website to get a shareable link or embed code. You can choose which spots to show, pick colors, and choose between card and editorial-grid layouts.

Question 9

How do I see how my ads are doing?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Reports to see impressions and clicks over time, broken down by ad and page. You can download reports as CSV or PDF.

Question 10

What ads aren't allowed?

Accepted Answer

Ads may not show adult themes, alcohol, or drug use. Read the full ad content policy before you submit an ad.

Question 11

Can I send a booking request before my ad is ready?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose "Add my ad later" when you send the request, then attach your ad before the booking starts.

Question 12

What is an ad swap?

Accepted Answer

Two publishers trade spots: your ad runs on their spot, and theirs runs on yours, for the dates you agree on. No money changes hands.

Question 13

Who can swap?

Accepted Answer

Ad swaps are included with paid plans. You need an approved ad that matches the size of the spot you want to swap into.

Question 14

When does a swap start running?

Accepted Answer

Once the other publisher accepts, both ads start automatically on the start date and stop on the end date. Accepted swaps show on your Publisher page under each spot.

Question 15

What plans are there?

Accepted Answer

Free, Starter ($10/month), and Business Plus ($55/month). Paid plans allow more websites and ads, plus ad swaps. On the Free plan, PrizmAds also serves some of its own network ads on your website.

Question 16

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Open the Plan page and choose a plan. Billing is handled through the PrizmForge Customer Portal, where you can change or cancel your subscription.
